Camp Soaring Eagle was founded in 2007 by Max and Linda James. Since it’s inception, Camp Soaring Eagle has provided over 5,000 children and their families the opportunity to escape the fear and isolation of living with a chronic, serious or unfortunately sometimes terminal illness. Camp Soaring Eagle is committed to ensuring that no child or family is ever charged for their experience, but we can’t do that without your support. Camp Soaring Eagle is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations made to us are tax-deductible.
Camp is a good way for me to express my feelings with all the other cancer survivors and reflect on the obstacle that I conquered. When I look at myself in the mirror, it tells me that I’m healthy and I’m able to go outside and play.

A monthly donation provides a steady and predictable source of income to Camp Soaring Eagle to ensure children living with serious illnesses are able to experience the healing power of laughter, always free of charge.

Joining the Soaring Eagle Society, Camp Soaring Eagle’s annual giving society, helps to ensure that the vital support is available to our camping programs that serve thousands of children and family members living with serious illnesses each year.
